Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Roger was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. A gifted student she started as a Knight, but she got bored and became a Stableman. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Stableman and was forced into it by her family.
