History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears dark leathers with embroidery, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is a Stableman first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Junk Dealer profession.

History: Born in the south to a Stableman, Jane learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Junk Dealer, but she got bored and became a Stableman. After months of barely getting by, Jane managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she has money and likes to spend it
