Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Sybil was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she is greedy
