History: Percival hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has worked as a Jeweler like his mother before him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and balancing his hectic life and new jeweler responsibilities is difficult
