Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has no hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Tim will drive conversation. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. After coming to the age of reason, Tim took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. He has a very tight haircut. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Description: This malnourished man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears his brown hair up. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: Ralf is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. During his travels, Ralf and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Ralf discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Ralf fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Margery lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and an old rival family wants her found
