A freak accident while working with her Carpenter father left her crippled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Roger was horrified and prayed that his father was alright.
