Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A true patriot, Anne would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anne grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anne. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.
