A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Jacoba was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jacoba grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jacoba. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Fortune-teller and occasionally as a mercenary.
