Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born into a rich family. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
