History: Aline was born the youngest of three triplets. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mary grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When Mary reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
