Bertram Tenley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a green costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He has moderate length red hair. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Anne Hartford, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her greataxe with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
Flaws: Addict, Cynical. Bonds: Religious, Immigrant, Mentor. Occupation: Soapmaker
Voice: Rolls R's
