History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Gifted from a young age, Cecily studied abroad. A gifted student she started as a Layabout, but she got bored and became a Miner. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and balancing her hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult
