History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
