History: Hadwisa lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to unite with his sister

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Hunter hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Hunter was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with white slacks. Her hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. The war was a terrible time for her, and Agnes does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Agnes was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Dilettante. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she loathes her own lifestyle
