History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Galiena was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born in the east to a Doctor, Kody learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Doctor.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he has a crush on the local laborer
