Personality: Beatrice is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beatrice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Humans. Her skin is dark but she possesses many tan ritualistic tattoos. She wears dull black sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed shortspear, just in case. Her hair is chestnut and curly. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Avelina took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortspear and armor she uses now. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
