History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Manfred abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive.
