History: Norman was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born in the south. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
