History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anselm grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.
