History: Born in the south to a Seamstress, Cecily learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her.
