History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His childhood dream was to be a Healer, but he was a colossal failure. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to be a healer again

Personality: Herleva wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Herleva was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
