History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a tattered pair of loose yellow pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Alice grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Trym learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
