History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Dilettante. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Norman never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she wants revenge against brigands

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hubert grew up listening to his father's many stories. Hubert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
