History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
