Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Manfred never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
