Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: Richard was born with his mother's beautiful face. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
