History: Born in the east to a Armorer, Theodoric learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Avice took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
