History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Emeny was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has never given up on her writing dream.
