Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Jacoba was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Through the years after Jacoba was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jacoba's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is violet, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. His tied-back hair is chestnut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
