History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. After coming to the age of reason, Shane took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Giselle and her spouse have recently divorced.
