History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Hugh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hugh's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now owns his own business.
