History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Hugolina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hugolina decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Emma lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
