Description: A moderately attractive man, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, black shirt, and white tie. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Navigator but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dustin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dustin. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
