Description: This man is very fat, and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. One day when Frederick was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Frederick was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Beatrice is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
