History: She comes from a rich western family. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother.
