Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'7" when asserting himself. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are hazel.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by his family

Description: She wears a violet vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her violet boots flare out at the collars, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'10" when asserting herself. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length brown hair. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and balancing her hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult

Description: A 5'3" northern woman, she dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her golden hair is braided into rings. Her gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Herleva is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
