History: He was born in the east. Through the years after Shane was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Gifted from a young age, Avice studied abroad. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Avice was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
