Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His tied-back hair is auburn. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 82. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears tattered old clothes. Her red hair is singed and shortened. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Sybil was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sybil's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mason, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her hair is long and brown with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. Her eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Beatrice and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
