Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Mayor business.

History: Alice was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Gerard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gerard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
