He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Cook, but he got bored and became a Farmer. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She bought a morningstar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she has money and likes to spend it
