Description: An older man who usually wears his white robe and has his monstrous two handed axe always slung over his shoulder, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Cory liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to clean up the streets

Description: This man wears a white shirt with thin violet vertical stripes and blue pants. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his right hand. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he feels threatened by others

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Agnes was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Agnes was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Agnes decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Agnes and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'5". He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his ceremonial dagger with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and his gloved hand is found clutching a ceremonial dagger. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Godfrey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
