Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He got into the Sellsword business at a young age. His first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
