History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Cartwright mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own.
