Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. The war was a terrible time for her, and Helen does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She got into the Butcher business at a young age. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has worked as a Butcher like her father before her.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Trey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against brigands

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
