History: He comes from a rich southern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and sabotage a competitor
