History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ahlyssa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ahlyssa. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Tim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Tim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Glassblower job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.
