History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He worked as a nervous Architect and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He became a Guard soon after.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
