The war was a terrible time for him, and Cory does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When Cory reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Emeny was born with her father's beautiful face. Through the years after Emeny was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Emeny's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
