History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Healer.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Stylist. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Griselda was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
