History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and is pretty ugly. He has wavy blonde hair. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
